We built Barnabas to be the firm we wish existed when we first stepped into aircraft management — a fiduciary partner whose only loyalty is to the principal, whose statements are itemized down to the last gallon of jet fuel, and whose income never depends on inflating yours.
Barnabas Aviation was founded by a small team of operators, pilots, and owners who shared a common frustration: the traditional management model rewards markups, padded invoices, and opaque billing. Our clients deserved better — so we built it.
We charge a flat, transparent management fee. Every vendor invoice — for fuel, maintenance, hangar, crew, insurance — passes through to the owner at actual cost. Not a dollar of markup. The result: when your costs go down, ours don't go with them. We win when you win.
The relationship most owners have with their management company looks like a vendor relationship. Ours is closer to private wealth management — we sit on your side of the table, scrutinize every expense, and represent your interests with the FBOs, MROs, insurers, and crews who serve your aircraft.
We are based at Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colorado, with hangar relationships throughout the Mountain West. Our clients fly Citations, Phenoms, Pilatus turboprops, and King Airs. We deliberately maintain a small client roster so every owner gets senior attention, every time.
The portal you sign into every month is not a marketing tool. It is the deliverable. Every cost, every receipt, every flight log, every maintenance event — visible, downloadable, auditable. If we can't show our work, we haven't done our job.
